Can I earn money form app which is not live yet?

    Can I still earn money if I don't put my game on Google Play?

    Interesting question, I'd have to say no. I was wondering the same thing earlier, as I am currently submitting on both iOS and Android for production, but I think the way it works is we do not. Unless you have an insane amount of beta and alpha testers however I wouldn't really worry about monitization until you have a production build out.

    I'm just hobbylist so I'm not plan on release my game on Play which require 25$ but only the local appstore here which is free

    I would also guess no but even its allowed, without official Google play support you will probably never see any ad revenue money when the min amount to invoice is 100$
