Can I do this with Unity for PlayStation4?

    I would like to make a game for the PlayStation 4 that uses the raw images of the camera. Is that possible?
    And can I connect some USB device (like HID controller) and use it from Unity?

    Can everybody who buys the PlayStation4 support form Unity make a PlayStation4 game? Or do you need special license or permission from Sony?
