Can anyone elabrate more about Procedural Bones?

    in document, it says it (Twist, Fan and TranslateScale) helps to create Squash and Stretch like behaviors, can anyone talk more about:

    - What does `Fan` mean ? (animation newbie question)
    - How `sampleGame_compData` (created in maya ) actually works?
    - How i create my own Procedural driven Bones ?
