Camera TargetTexture stops working once you Play

    I am using a camera to render to a target texture. It looks fine in the editor. But the moment a press play the texture goes to black and is never updated. Unity 2019.3.8f.

    If I deactivate and activate the camera in the editor during play it starts working again.
    But I tried doing the same in script. Deactivate and then Activate again and no luck.

    Anyone else seeing this problem?
