Camera movement wierdness

I haven't touched unity in over a year, and I have forgot every aspect . My camera follows player, but i cant remember why this weird un-wanted effect happens in the camera, and how to stop it (the character is falling from top to bottom):

 

Looks to me like your camera has some funny settings (like maybe "Clear Flags" is set to "Don't Clear").
