Camera left and right clipping...?

    Is it possible to clip a cameras left and right clipping to fixed world angles even if they lie outside th camera frustum?

    So for example, in a circle from camera origin, the clipping is set to 45 to 90 degrees, so the camera will only render when the frustum rotates to have these angles in view?

    Finding it hard to describe the problem with the correct terminology, forgive me :)

    Think of it as holding a flashlight forward but looking around with your head, the camera would only render the area covered by the flashlight
