Camera effects, Unity 5.3.1f1

For some reason none of the camera effects work properly after updating my unity client. I'm using newest "Stadard Assets" pacakge. Here is the video showing what happens after adding camera effect to my main camera (this is a clean project, no custom scripts whatsoever)

Also sometimes after enabling one the camera effects my whole game viewport turns gray :/

Update: If I restart my project effect that were already added to my camera work fine, however after removing them and adding once again they stop working

 

This happens only on osx, windows running the same version works fine.
