It looks like a nice model, but I would steer (no pun intended) right away from that model because it has company logos on it. I pretty much guarantee that Toyota and Castrol do not want their logos in people's games unless they specifically authorized it for the game. In short, avoid the model due to licensing issues.

The shape of the car itself can also have license issues attached to it.

Yeah probably free because it can be barely used in anything but in editorial use only due trademark and possibly design copyrights. Re-skinning it does not guarantee you are in clear waters.

Its very usable as a base vehicle to start with. I would suggest modifying the model a bit to make it unique. Change some body lines, modify distinctive grilles, lights, etc. Basically make it your own. Take the texture into Photoshop and paint out the logos and decals. The important part is the UVs are there and done, so you have a template to paint your own custom texture map.

Everyone seems to have the asset flipping mentality of just using this model as its provided. Dont ship a game with this model or texture. Use it as a baseline to work with, test it locally in your builds as a performance benchmark. By the time you do ship something you should have a unique new model to replace this with.
