CacheServer does not create a cache for Windows 64 builds

    I created a build pipeline withing Unity. For every platform the cache server is involved to switch the library folder ("Downloading from cache server"). Except for the Windows 64 build. Unity always imports everything back and forth when passing this platform.

    Can this be implemented or is already and can be used?
