Buttons stopped working in multiple parts of game

I've been having a problem in my game where there is a button that completely stopped responding to any interaction.

• The button in the Scroll View that says "Reset Progress"'; it is completely unresponsive.
  
• However, when I move it up and make it intersect with the "Withdraw Ad Consent" button, it works and responds to click.
