But where do I actually find open projects being developed on Unity Connect?

I don't know why my other thread was rudely and abruptly closed before less than a day for people to respond, last time I reported moderator abuse to the global administrator, the administrator assured me I was in the right, so I'll try this again.

But, I looked at it and it's still not apparent to me where I find currently open projects. I see random blog help posts for creating particle effects and single images, but not actual game development. Even when I look at a game under the game section, there's no actual indication that anyone is looking for new members or even that any members exist at all, it's almost as if it is just pure advertising.

Where do people go within the connect site to actually form a group or decide a project?
