Bug BuiltInRP stops rendering correctly with Additive scenes

    Oculus Rift S, Quest, etc

    If you load a new scene as additive, VR stops rendering in both eyes and just renders in left eye.

    * Have Root scene contain camera
    * Load a additive scene with visible objects and set scene to active to use its lighting.
    * VR breaks

    I ran into this trying to test performance differences between URP and BuiltIn for VR.
