Built-in property 'unity_LODFade' has wrong type

    Hi everyone
    I have just upgrade my project from Unity 2017.4 to 2018.2
    Everything seems to work fine, except for the following error:
    Instancing: Built-in property 'unity_LODFade' has wrong type. Expecting: float2.
    I have been able to narrow it down to some trees (made with Gaia / SpeedTree). When I disable these in my scene, the error goes away.

    Of course I want to keep the trees though :) Can anyone point out to me how I can fix this error?
