Builds will no longer launch

    So, I have had a project built in 2018.2 and recently updated the engine to 2018.3 (mostly for the gpu light baking) However now i get a "your pc can not launch this application please contact your software developer"

    I have turned off windows screen... but still get the same. same build target same .net build target etc.

    I am a little dumbfounded?
    Any suggestions?

    Anything usefull inside the log file or the windows event log?

    nothing at all. the project builds just fine. I started a blank project with nothing but the default light and camera and still have the same issue..
