We cannot get our builds to run as of yesterday. The build is stuck at the "pending" state.

I tried cancelling it and restarting it manually but it behaved the same. Is anyone else facing such an issue right now?

We're seeing this for our iOS builds too. Our Android builds are working fine but iOS builds are either stuck in the pending state or they fail to start with the following error

Error loading logs; logs unavailable for this project & build.

Is there a UCB status page that flags when the service is having problems?

Really annoying, and still not resolved.

Seeing this with android... just sits there with no status and a cancel button, which I assume is what you guys mean by pending. Used to be they would start at some point in the day, but no more.

Who would we contact about this? They don't appear to be checking the forum.

Happens to my WebGL and Android builds although this morning Android starting building as soon as requested the 2nd time I built it (had to make a change to the keystore) it took about 20 minutes to start.

My guess is the build servers are being used A LOT lately so newer build requests are put in a queue and of course it all depends on how quickly other builds finish so the next can start. (just a guess though)

I think they check the forums as much as possible, all of my threads have been replied to by Unity peeps.
