Hmm, it sounds like maybe you're asking how to manipulate objects in the Unity scene editor — duplicate them, group them, move 'em around.

I would recommend this part of the manual, and these tutorials.

It looks like that's just a set of primitive cubes you're stacking, too? If you want to make a building the way the pros do it, you'd create the model in a 3D modeling application and import it into Unity. Blender is a really good free one that I'm quite fond of.

I just want to say that you might think i am to dramatic but just doing a simple snap is the most stressful thing i have ever done in my life i almost just smashed my PC. I have used blender i have used unity it self i set the snap settings to 0.25,0.01,0.001 everything. I am new to unity and i know i still have a lot to learn but if someone could please send me a video tutorial or something i will forever praise you. Thanks.

What do you need help with, specifically? Snapping? Creating basic building meshes? Or bringing those into Unity?

Vertex snapping in Unity is a cinch. Just hold down the V key then drag an object from the corner you want to be snapped to where you want it to snap to.
