Building Windows 8.1 mobile apps with Windows 10 + VS 2015

    I need to use Windows 10 for some jobs, but I also need to build Windows 8.1 mobile apps.

    Is it possible to use Windows 10 + Unity 5.1 + VS 2015 to compile Windows 8.1 mobile apps?

    You mean Windows Phone 8.1? It should be so long as you install the SDK on your Windows 10 box.

    Yes. I want to install Windows Phone 8.1 SDK under Windows 10 with Unity 5.1 + VS 2015. And I don't know if it works fine.

    Thanks! And I don't see why it wouldn't work. I haven't specifically tested the Windows Phone 8.1 SDK on Windows 10 but I've run Unity 3.5, 4.6 and 5.0 on Windows 10 along with Visual Studio Tools for Unity and Visual Studio 2015 and didn't run into any issues.

    It works. Multiple of Unity devs have been using Windows 10 for a couple of months with no issues whatsoever.

    Yes but what about fps, fps of game when on 10 device and glitching, load of poor mans food!
