Question Building using script

Can I use my script to build some game objects?
I want to generate new different maze map each time the round start, I know how to write the script,
I am new to unity I came from an AI background.

 

Yes!! There is no easier game engine in this world than Unity3D when it comes to procedurally generating stuff.
