Building / Running / Testing to Android from Mac (in a country with no google)

    Hello. Background: I've been coding for some years and got into unity 4 days ago, it's been a lot of fun, but WTFreak is up with trying to build an apk for my android from my mac? And debugging for android? Why can't I just build into my emulator on the Android Studio version I usually use to build regular apps. I'm an american in china and can't access google android docs either (because they've figured out how to block all VPNs after the virus outbreak), so, this is a total headache!

    Is bundletools the only answer?

    -I'm running mac mojave
    -latest version of unity 2019.3.f1
    -I'm trying to use bundletools and test for my android and the apk just crashes.
    -unity Remote 5 doesn't seem to coporate with my Huawei, do i need to root it or something?-
    I've:
    read through the documentation on platforms
    used bundletools to retrieve an APK that just crashes when loaded.

    Please, can someone explain how they are testing on their androids from their mac. I expected this to be much easier.
