Bug build target AndroidPlayer support not installed

    On the macbook m1 I got an error when trying to open an android project: "build target AndroidPlayer support not installed", then I went to the official unity website and downloaded the android support package, but when I try to install, I get an error: "the installer found an error causing installation failure. Please contact the software manufacturer for help".
