Had no problems since I decided not to update Windows 10 for 8 months.
A few hours ago I was basically forced to update and now I can't open my android projects anymore (Unity 2019.2.21f1).

-> Learn tab doesn't open -at all- (I can click on it but nothing happens)
-> Update license is forever looping
-> Reinstalling Unity didn't solve anything
-> Using a copy of the project from before the Windows update didn't solve anything

Whatever the problem was, it's still there.

-> Returning the license doesn't work

-> Unity subscription is about to renew and I have a deadline. This problem is another Unity issue that's slowing down the development.

    @JeffDUnity3D could you please help?

Should I reinstall the HUB as well, clean up all license files in the disks, etc?
This is a really unnecessary waste of time (and money ^_^")

The "click on the Learn tab" solution didn't work for me, so here's what I did.

I should have edited my previous post, but here's how I solved it, hopefully permanently:

    1. Manually delete any .ulf licenses from your machine
    2. Uninstall all Unity Hub versions
    3. Remove all leftovers of previous Unity Hub Installations
    4. Clean up the registry
    5. Reboot
    6. Revoke your seat/license from the Manage Licenses page reachable via logging with your Unity ID on unity.com
    7. Reinstall latest Unity Hub
    8. Re-assign your license back. For some reasons I could only do a manual reactivation, so just use the best activation method available to you
    9. Now the Learn tab is clickable again, and it actually loads some content
    10. Open your project as usual.
    Hope it helps!
    Cheers!

I'm on Windows 10 with Unity 2019.3.13f1. Just downloaded and installed unity hub and installed unity through the hub with android sdk modules enabled. I tried to continue on an existing project from an older version of unity but got some errors. I created a new project and tried to make android the target platform but the brand new project gave me this error. I still don't see a fix for windows 10 and no word from unity developers.

I had same problem, though in the Build Settings I had "platform is not supported by your licence", which was strange because Unity in the Help -> About menu displayed correct SerialKey but identified my Pro version as Unity Indie.

Anyway, I fixed the problem doing following:
    1) I revoked Pro lincense from Hub
    2) Tried Personal (works fine)
    3) Switched back to Pro version (and still got Indie in the Editor)
    4) Revoked Pro again and removed license from Hub (and received No licence notification)
    5) Restarted PC
    6) Switched to Pro version in Hub

    Hope this might help somebody

I believe that I have a good repro for this issue. You need to do several steps:
1- Delete old unity version such as unity 2020.3.12f1.
2- Stop Windows Security on your system.
3- reinstall the same unity version you deleted in step 1.
