Build Player Pipeline on Windows

    Hi,
    http://unity3d.com/support/documentation/Manual/Build Player Pipeline.html notes usage of Perl/Shell script to infulence how Player actually gets build.
    But it looks there is a problem with that on Windows.
    For me,script named PostprocessBuildPlayer with content from doesn't even start.
    I have ActivePerl(regular Windows distribution) installed.
    What else I should install to make it work(let's suppose I want to stick to Perl)?Cygwin's Perl?Or that?
