【bug】SpritAtlas in AssetBundle not rendered correctly in editor

    two probelm in simple words,
    1. in editor, spriteAtlas from bundle could be unload by UnloadUnusedAssets, but it is in use. while in player it is ok.
    2. if sprite packer mode is not set to "enabled for build", spriteAtlas from bundle could not be rendered in editor
