Bugs in UI and icons background (Case 1192235)

    Two bugs in the new UI:
    (Case 1192235)

    What happened?

    2020.1 ( a8 / and a9 ) shows boxes in ui icons where it should show alpha transparency

    this is how it should look like, without the grey boxes around the icons

    Tabs have disappeared and became a dropdown.
