Bugs in editor? ( game window in other windows and more )

Hi all,

I have troubles with Unity because often, game window is streatching to other windows, like to assets window or hierarchy like here:

Also inspector often refreshes only when I click somewhere in it.
When I unpin game window, there sometimes "passes" view from "scene" window, this is really disturbing, I can't see gameplay smoothly.
And last thing is that scene window is not refreshing too, when for example I select scale tool, I have to click somewhere to see scale axis.

It can be fixed?
I want to create something with unity but this things annoying me.

Which graphics card do you have and which OS? Do you have the latest graphics drivers? Have you tried re-installing Unity?
Which version of Unity are you using? Are you running any other 3D programs or programs that could be locking the device?

 

I have notebook with GeForce, I can't be sure for now but I think this is 520mx. Widnows 7, drivers are installed, I wasn't reinstalling Unity but I updated two times and today third time and this bugs are still here. Now I use lastest version, I wasn't using any other 3D programs.

 

Now Is even worse when I run game, unpin game window and make changes in editor, nothing happens in game view, it freezes.

edit: I deleted full unity, installed again and it's still happening
