[Bug] Work experience is sorted by start date, so long term "present" jobs appear lower

In my Unity Connect profile I have my current job, which I started back in 2014, a job I did in 2015, an two part-time jobs I'm currently engaged on. My current job and these last two have the same end date of "Present".

However, my current job is listed below the 2015 one and the other two "present" jobs.

I think current positions should be displayed above completed jobs, even if they started later. Had I been working for 10 years in my current company and done an one-time job in 2013, the later would be the work featured without unfolding the list, which would not look good.

There are alternatives, as giving us the ability to identify one of the Work Experience entries as featured.
