Bug with position and rotation when animate on Unity

Hello guys, I'm trying since yesterday make a simple 2D animation. I recorder a video with the weird "bug". Every time I try to move some member of the character to animate the positions and rotations go crazy. I already tried to start a new project, import the sprite, do the pivot points, set the hierarchy and nothing. Someone could help me please?
