[Bug] When "characters remaining" > 80, nothing happens upon submitting on UnityAnswers

    If under "80 characters remaining", clicking the submit btn will do nothing. No warning - just nothing.

    Reproduced with both Chrome and FF stable desktop. Removing characters to get back to 80+ left allows submission.
