[Bug] SpritePacker is "smearing" sprites across the unused areas of the atlas

    I've attached a screenshot of this behavior. This issue does not occur in Unity 4.5 or 4.6.

    I'm thinking that this might be triggered by my custom IPackerPolicy, but it's not doing anything fancy besides upping the max width/height to 4K (and force-applying a few settings like Bilinear filtering). Otherwise it's heavily based on the default tight packing policy.
