I just upgraded my 2021.3 project to 2022, and I have a strange bug that is only in the scene view, even when play mode is off.

The scene view has this CCTV static or VHS-artifact looking effect. The issue persists even in a new scene, with absolutely nothing in it.

Interestingly enough, the issue resolves if I choose Wireframe in the Scene View shading mode, but it is still visible in the camera panel of the Scene View. Could it be a shader issue? If so, why only in the Scene view and not in the Game view?

If it helps, my materials are looking a bit strange as well

Solved, it was a URP issue. Deleting the URP Asset and Renderer and then re-building them solved the issue.

Hi @rossiadisj ! I found so much hope in your posts initially, because I have faced so very similar issues (artifacts with URP, Unity version 2022+ in the the scene view/shaded mode -not in wireframe-, camera window and materials, but not anywhere else), although with different glitches: cyan overlay over everything, instead of red noise. I also have an older geforce graphics card that supports openGL 3.3.
I believe too it's a shader issue, but unfortunately I could not resolve it. Just in case, do you mind sharing the exact steps you took?
