Bug Bug reports (jira) no access

I report quite some bug reports, but as of recently all my reports are hidden. When I click the link in my mail I see "no access". Example report: IN-56564
How can this be fixed? Do others also have this

 

I get this too from the blue button "Check Report Status" link in the email.

But when you are on the site, in the upper right corner, click on "Requests" that'll bring up the list of your reported bugs and you can view them from there.

like you just going to unity says no access

 

The new reports don't show up there as well. Also not under closed tags.
This started with a report about the input system. Which was public when I submitted it, but then became inaccessible when it was in review. I did receive the status update of it via mail however.

 

You're lucky I dont get emails from it, if i log other tickets using that website, i get those mails but not unity IN ones.
