Bug Reporter "Unknown Error"

    After fixing and creating a minimum-repro for an issue I recently ran into, I am now unable to submit my bug report, due to an "Unknown Error". This appears whenever I hit "Submit", just after the 50% mark.

    Has anyone seen this? I am not quite sure how to go about fixing an "Unknown Error". I couldn't find anything from a Google search.

    Unfortunately no, I was never able to submit bugs with 2017.4

    I have since upgraded to 2019.3, but I have not yet tried the bug reporter in that version yet.
