Bug reporter doesn't work (2019.3.2f1)

    I cannot report a bug in 2019.3.2f1 on Windows.

    I get this error message:

    I tried restarting the Editor and quitting Rider it didn't help.

    Is there a specific place the bug reporter puts it's log file, so I can tell which file it couldn't read?

    Is this problem happening for anyone else?

    I managed to solve the issue eventually (it tried to pack a file in a "hidden" folder that was locked)
    It would still be nice if the error message would show which file it is...
