I filed two bug reports almost a month ago, and haven't had any updates. I remember a time when I was getting update within a few days.

Has this been other people experience as well?

For me it's normal behavior. Reported two cert bugs for a certain platform that happened in Unity code and spent a lot of time on the creation of the repro projects in February and haven't received any reply yet.

Reported two critical bugs related to the input system over 3 weeks ago, but no response. Quite disappointing considering Unity claims 80% of the bugs are assigned within 2 weeks

Flipping that statement around it's equivalent to saying that 20% of reports are not assigned within 2 weeks. They get a lot of reports. Sometimes we're just going to fall into that 20%.

Also, if you're familiar with statistics and bell curves, the catch to that statement is that the 20% which are not addressed in 2 weeks are likely to take a lot longer. I was at a presentation by Cannon-Brookes where he said that one thing Atlassian had done was change from tracking (paraphrased) "average time to address a support request" to "age of oldest unaddressed request". Keeping the average down means whacking the easy cases ASAP, and encourages people to leave the difficult / slow stuff to later. Keeping the "oldest" down means taking time to whack the difficult / slow cases, because it only takes one slipping through to spike that stat way up.

I have also noticed a significant slowdown in bug handling.

From my experience, it depends on the complexity of the bug. Sometimes it takes 1 to 3 months to respond to a bug, another time, I will get a response the next day.

    It will depend on:
    1. Are you a paid user - because you better get a bonus for that, god knows what they have to wade through with the u̶n̶w̶a̶s̶h̶e̶d̶ free masses reporting! /s
    2. Is it easy to repeat from your report
    3. Is it easy to fix

I submitted a critical UI bug that has stopped one project migrating from 2019 for months and months and though it finally got accepted it is taking months to fix. Suggest investment goes in this area!

Although I see some issues with TextMeshPro that have never been fixed or improved (small font-size blurriness), I suspect this is an area of Unity most likely to see fast fixes due to how focused the developer is on responding to issues. Your experience may vary depending on the section of Unity affected!

It's been close to 2 months and the bugs were still not assigned anyone who would confirm they reproduce. I'm starting to lose hope these will ever be picked up by Unity's QA. Is it reasonable to complain about it now?

Yes; even accounting for staff out on summer vacation etc, I think two months is way beyond acceptable. Could you share (here or in DM) the case identifiers?
