Question Bug on the first time launching a Project

Hi,
I decide to reinstall Unity and try again Game Developpement, last time was when I was young and didn't have the knowlege of what I really want. But I have a problem, I google it but it look like no one has this one.

When I start a project have a pop-up for the safe mode.

Then I have this 99 errors on Console (see below).

I already try:
- Complet reinstallation
- Remove Appdata Files (all)
- Remove the Library Folder inside Unity Folder for see if it recreate without problem
- Check for update in Package Manager (found Visual Studio Editor and Jet Barins Rider Editor on current project)

Thx you for any advise and maybe I didn't see someting obvious

This looks like the Editor failing to write to your project directory. If Unity was installed only for your user on your PC and your user account doesn't have permission to write to the directory where you have your project, this could be the problem. Either reinstall Unity for all users or run it as Administrator and see if that fixes things. If that doesn't work, share with us where your project directory is located (complete system path) and we'll see if there are any clues there.

In a project i had to check the problem was due to a too long folder path, simply moving up in the folder tree hierarchy the project folder solved.
