Bug on selection in Scene View

    Hello,
    I did an update test of my Unity to versions 2018.2.16f1 and 2019.1.0a9 (installed with the Unity Hub) but I can't no longer select any gamobject in the Scene View. I can't by direct click nor by a rectangle selection.
    Objects are highlighted only if I click them in the Hierarchy view (and Unity is not usable...).
    I did try to update drivers but with no success (Windows 10 with GTX 750 TI driver 416.94).
    On Unity 2017.2.2.p3 (my current development version) all is working fine.
    Is there any known workaround?
    Anyone did have this kind of problem?

    Version 2018.2.17f1 is not working.
    Someone has any idea on how I can get a feedback / help on this issue?
    I just created a new project with last 2018 version and it doesn't select anything.
