[Bug/improvement] - remove start menu shortcut after uninstall in Win10

    when you uninstall an editor version in Windows 10, it's start menu shortcut is not being cleaned up.
    if you end up installing multiple versions, they will all stay in the start menu.

    would be nice if the hub can take care of that automatically.

    Hi @Afshin

    Thank you for looking into this. I just wanted to add that in addition to not removing the Start Menu shortcut, it also leaves the empty Unity editor folder with the manifest.json file. I think it should completely remove it unless there is a reason to keep the folder with the manifest.json file.
