[BUG] - Hub will not prompt to update if already running

    I noticed that if the Hub is currently running (foreground or background) and it has an update, it will not prompt you to update until you shut it down and restart the app. Then the popup to update will come up.

    It checks every 12hrs or on the startup. That's why you see it when restarting the app.
    We are adding a "check for updates" button to manually trigger the check in the future releases
