[Bug] Gamepad Mouse Cursor Vs Xbox

    Hi,

    I have Unity 2019.3.3f1 and Input System 1.0.0 - preview.5 package
    I've imported into a fresh project 'Gamepad Mouse Cursor' sample.

    It works in Editor, but not on a build for Xbox.
    Testing with the Xbox controller on the xbox does not work, the cursor does not react to the sticks ^^'
