I have experienced this issue for a long time now, but after the old unity cloud was deprecated I now no longer have a way of installing UCB builds on my iOS device. Which is quite a bummer, because testing installs on iOS is pretty much all we use UCB for :/

    Repro steps
    -------
    1. Complete iOS build with ad hoc provisioning and receive build email.
    2. Tap INSTALL link to open Safari.
    3. Tap "Detect device" and download profile.
    4. From settings, install the downloaded the profile and be returned to Safari.
    5. (See attached screenshots) Observe that once back at the install page in Safari, the page does not display any content when scrolling.
    6. Tapping the filter buttons makes more content appear on the page, but scrolling is still broken and buttons to not react.
Expected: That I could install the build from the link that auto-opens upon installing the downloaded profile

Device Details: iOS 12, iPhone 6, default Safari version.

I had similar problems a while back, in particular it kept asking me to install the Safari profile every single time. Once you've installed the profile it might be worth trying to click the 'install' link to open safari from scratch rather than just returning from the profile screen. Also, make sure you aren't in private browsing mode as that caused me problems too.

In the end we just gave up and starting using TestFlight which is much easier to work with, particularly useful in that you don't need to deal with UDIDs and updating provisioning profiles.

Just posting to let you know that everything now works like a charm with the new dashboard. Whatever you did: Thanks for fixing it! :)

If you get this problem again - one thing I've found that helps to do is to go into settings->Safari->Advanced->website data and search for unity. There is usually a unity3d.com packet in there. Delete that and it'll re-do the device detection (and complete) and should allow it to download then

I had the device detection problem too even a year after this thread (the detection flow ends up at a 404 page). Following alan_motionlab's tip there fixed it.
