I'm using Windows 10 latest Unity Hub 1.1.0:
I download Unity 18.2.13 and then Uninstall 18.2.12.
It can be that the Hub uninstall the wrong latest 18.2.13 update instead of 18.2.12?
There is a possibility I hit 18.2.13 by mistake.
I remember that this happen to me before and using Hub 1.1.0

    Possible bug workflow
    • I download Unity 18.2.13
    • I click the Unity 18.2.12 "***" button and
    • click "Remove from list" option. Uninstall was not available
    • I close and reopen the Hub
    • I click the Unity 18.2.12 "***" button and
    • Uninstall now was now available.
    • I hit Uninstall in Unity 18.2.12 and close the Hub.
    • Opening the Hub, Unity 18.2.13 was not there any more

    Hi @AlanMattano ,

From the info provided, I suspect you may have accidentally uninstalled the wrong version.
Here is the hint I got from your steps: If "Remove from list" option is available, this means the version was not installed using the Hub and located, the version should not have the Uninstall option upon restart

Note: Remove from list does not uninstall the version

    Hope the information helps

    Joe

This just happened to me too.
    I installed 2018.2.14
I clicked ... on 2018.2.13 and selected Uninstall - and it uninstalled 2018.2.14

Edit: I tried again and now it happened correctly, so I can't tell if it was my mistake or not.
Btw it was Hub 1.2.0 and I installed 2018.2.14 with the URL link since Hub doesn't see that version yet.

@joeksy I was unable to reproduce the bug In my second try.

All my Unity versions are installed using the Hub can be 1.0. I use the Hub since early beta

Now I remember that is not the first time that happens using Hub 1.1.0 but I did not notice that bug in early versions.
A symptom is when "Uninstall" disappear and reappear in the drop-down list. For that Unity Vr that was installed using the Hub.

    Sorry for the late reply.
For the time being, I will pay more attention in the area and see if the behavior reproduce here.
If it is as you mentioned, all your Editor are installed using the Hub, having "Remove from list" is an issue.
This happens when the Hub does not detect the file Hub manage from the Editor location. Previously, there were fix on the case of quitting the Hub during installation.
