[Bug][2019.1] LWRP: Unable to add "Renderer Features"

    Tried to follow:

    But the + Icon in "Renderer features" does not do anything, therefore I am unable to add a render pass

    in project manager select select see all versions on the package, now you update the version and try if you can see the options you want, the current version is 5.13, i am using 5.10 updated from 5.7 because i was not able to see the option to add a feature
