Question Broadcast from OBS into my game

Hello fellow developers and creators,
I would like to play around with broadcasting live video from OBS remotely into my game (so everyone playing the game can see the video).
Is there a way to do this with OBS?
Would I have to write custom code?
Is there a plugin that can stream video onto a VideoPlayer Quad in every player's game?

I have searched but have found nothing relevant so far. I feel like I'm getting close but some topics seem outdated and unnecessarily complex (I just don't want to go down a rabbit hole only to find out it's actually a fox hole) and doesn't really solve my issue.

Any help, direction, docs, plugins, etc., would be greatly appreciated.
