brakeys movement tutorial touch control

so i followed the brakeys movement tutorial but i need to had ui buttons as touch control to them.
i want to make one of the button to do the negative value of the input manager horizontal thing and another one the positive. Can you help me please??? thank you!

 

If you have 2 different UI buttons, one for negative and one for positive, then you need 2 different functions in your script. Can you post the code you have already? Use code tags please (text bar)
