Okay, so on my old project which was in an older Unity version (v5.3.5) when I added a BoxCollider to my GameObject (with a Sprite) it automatically would size the BoxCollider2D to the same size and position as my Sprite.. Unfortunately after I updated to the newest version of Unity (v5.4.1) now for whatever reason the BoxCollider2D is probably about 5 times bigger than my sprite itself and I have no idea why. It makes no sense.

What was changed and how do I fix this?

I found a fix before anyone had a change to reply. My problem was that I had the scale of my square set to (1, 1, 0). By changing the scale of my object to (1,1,1) this fixed the problem. I'm not sure why this changed in the update but there is the fix if anyone else needs it.
