Question Bought Asset is marked as 'PENDING', money was debited

    Hello,

    I have purchased an asset on the Asset Store, and although money has been debited from my bank account, the asset is marked as 'PENDING' and cannot be imported into Unity.

    Has this happened to anyone else? What can I do?

    Update : I have received the money back. I was able to buy the asset again (using credit card instead of paypal), and now it's working.

    Also, the documentation states :

    Important: If your transaction has failed, but you can see a charge to your credit card, this is likely a pending transaction, meaning Unity has not fully processed the payment.
    

    
If you didn't receive an invoice from Unity, it's highly unlikely we have charged you.
    
The money is essentially in limbo and will return to your account within 72 hours. Please contact your bank for more information.
