I've been working furiously since the last beta to fix speed issues, add new features, and finish fleshing out the game.

Glow is now autoselected by default (disabling it when the framerate is low - you can also force glow on or off) and the game no longer looks crappy with Glow off, or on video cards that don't support pixel lighting. On my iMac 2GHz, at max resolution and Good quality, I get >30fps constantly - usually much better than that. It should be playable on about anything from the last 2 years or so, in theory.

Saving has been vastly expanded beyond a few save slots for the bots. The game's progress is now autosaved on exit, and all of the settings are preserved between sessions. Autosave can be turned off (Though I'm not sure why you'd want to.)

You can now end the training mode entirely with the End Training button in the options menu.

There's a new widget on the screen called the Orientator that shows your bot's orientation, speed, and the progress for the current objective.

The GUI is fleshed out now with sounds and no more placeholder graphics. Some of the UI's more annoying characteristics have been fixed.

Did I mention you can save? :D

Hopefully nearly everyone's issues have been resolved. Let me know!

EDIT: Just discovered an issue that made bots basically uneditable! Whoops. Uploading a hotfix to the same link.

RC2 up now - mostly minor updates/fixes. Graphics made even more workable for older cards.
