Bone scale locked.

Hey everyone, a new day, a new random event.
Today i realized that one of the bones in my character is locked. and i cant change its size while in play mode, not even in start, or awake, or update, and not by hand.
I can change the scale and size of their parents and children, but not those.
Anyone knows how i can fix this?

I dont have any script in update tht modifies this. Only one in Start, and its being completely ignored.
