Bolt Setup Wizard keeps opening

    I work within team, and my fellow programmer installed Bolt, set it up and shared across team by SVN.

    His setup is fine, but the rest of us have issue of Bolt Setup Wizard popping up every time sometime compiles.

    Is there something we have missed? How can we prevent this from happening and share the set up?
