Bug Boarder (same color as sky) around the screen, or hovering over right camera.

    Started fresh HDRP and loaded OpenXR.
    This boarder just floats over your vision. I encountered this on earlier versions, but it surrounded the view and I just made it black and forgot about it. However this is in the middle of the screen.

    Any idea how to get rid of it?

    This was an issue with the Oculus Runtime that they have fixed but I believe the fix is still in the beta version though. You can get opt into the beta feed within the oculus desktop application.
